The low-rise buildings and setting of the condominum are lovely, peaceful and just a short walk to a beautiful beach (Kamaole Beach III). The 8 acre complex includes two swimming pools, a tennis court and two large BBQ areas, surrounded by well-kept lawns and flower gardens. It's a 10-minute drive to several golf courses in Wailea. All rates are per night for two adults, double occupancy, with no charge for children 12 years old and younger. Hawaii taxes are additional. Due to a cancellation, we have an open period at $125/night from Nov 25-Dec 10. Other open periods include (for New Year's) Dec 28-Jan 4, 2008 (at $149/night), Feb 21-Mar 1, Mar 10-17, and any time after Mar 28. Our "Low Season" begins May 1 at $115/night. Our condo has been recently refurnished.
